How to Include a Call-to-Action Button to Your Regular Facebook Post

How to Include a Call-to-Action Button to Your Regular Facebook Post  A call-to-action button (or CTA button) directs your Page visitors to do something specific, like visit your website or call your store. Facebook analysis prove that posts or Ads with CTA buttons have more engagement than those without. Facebook has made it easier for users to be able to embed CTA buttons like "send message", "shop now" etc. , which anyone can also include links to their website for users to visit. This is not the same as running an Ad. You don't need to put in any credit card info or need to put in any demographics or interests. It's an easy and cheaper approach to get more response from prospects or gather leads without investing in Ads. Note: You need a Facebook business account & a Facebook page to be able to do this successfully. This method will yield instant result if you have a large following on your business page. If you don't have a Facebook page you can...

5 Lessons Learnt during Lockdown

1. Ignorance knows no race or tribe Before the virus hit African countries, many youths, especially in Nigeria, even black Americans believed that the virus only affected white people and that being black made them immune. This belief made a lot of Africans, including those living overseas, to become negligent and careless about the virus. Many racial jokes and memes on how black skin is "king" were all over social media. We all laughed at the jokes even when health experts warned us of the impending doom the virus could cause. After some weeks, the virus started hitting African countries like it did others. At this point, countries like South Africa, Rwanda had imposed a lockdown and closed their borders to foreigners. But Nigeria, the "giant of Africa" still didn't take adequate precautions. It was once said that covid19 couldn't survive in regions with high heat temperature so Nigerians thought it would pass away like Ebola did. Also...

This Davinci Trait | Inside the mind of a "multitalented" person

When people come across individuals that possess gifts or skills in different areas or fields, they always marvel at their ability to hone all these skills with ease. They sometimes call them "multi talented" as a way of praising their ability to have multiple skills or talents. Most of these people are fast learners. They have the ability to assimilate information at a quick rate, especially when they have so much interest in it. An example of such is a guy who is well versed in the field of economics, a good knowledge of music, blessed with the ability to write codes and can also paint well. This seems to be too much for one man to possess but trust me, people like this exist and they are not too far from you. Another classic example is Leonardo Davinci. He had enough skills to go round for  at least 5 people. A man who was ambidextrous; the ability to write with both hands. He could also do different things with both hands at the same time. Surely, he was ble...

How I Crushed Over into 2020

Have you ever been crushed by your crush? Do you currently have feelings for someone who doesn't even know you? Sometimes, having feelings or falling in love can be very tricky. Most times we tend to be confused if it's love or just infatuation. A lot of us tend to just wait till the feelings die while some just confess their feelings without fear. Many people are afraid to confess their feelings due to the fear of rejection, low self esteem, realizing that person has a very bad side, fear of finding out their supposed crush is not who they thought they were and so on. Personally, I'd always just keep to myself till the feelings die. This, sometimes, can take up to 2 months before the feelings die totally. Recently, I experienced this again and this time, it was so strange. Continue Reading Last year, while serving as a NYSC member, I went to the local government at Victoria Island, for my monthly clearance as usual. I arrived the at the local governmen...

Advice to you and I for 2020 | Happy new year

Cheers to the New Year Happy new year to you and your loved ones. Cheers to the new decade. 2020 seems to be like the year everyone has been waiting for and it has finally arrived. As a christian, I crossed over to 2020 from my church. It was a very refreshing experience. There was a lot of dancing, singing and exchange of pleasantries after 12:00am. One thing I promised myself for this new year is to forget every disappointment and move forward with my goals. The year 2020 is conceived by many individuals as the year where things become perfect for them. Even the Nigerian government has also contributed to this false ideology by talking about the '2020 vision' or 'vision 2020', as if Nigeria will magically transform to a first world country. Some clerics from religious organizations have also misguided their followers, making them believe that 2020 is their 'year'. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against optimism, I just feel that deliberate ac...

My 2019 Experience | What 2019 taught me

My 2019 Experience and it's Lessons This year has been a mix of disappointments and a little bit of joy for me. For some people, this was their year, things really kicked off for them. A lot of people celebrated their promotion, bought their first car / house, acquired landed properties, graduated, landed a huge endorsement deal, and so on. The year 2019 wasn't what I expected it to be. Though, I'm very grateful that I am well and hearty but I didn't really achieve my goals for this year. I lost my uncle and it was a sad experience for me. My 2019 phases 1. The Woke Phase At the beginning of the year, while I was serving at my PPA, I was determined to learn everything about sales because I was in the sales department and I had to learn how to make money through persuasion. As an introvert, this was very difficult for me at the very beginning. From following up on leads to converting them to customers, it was an overwhelming experience. I was involved in...
